...worst...updates...ever!!!

Im disappointed in the sticker addition. I see no use for them. Liked it better before the update. I could buy what I needed not stickers. I wish we could chat with our friends playing and see where their at in the game. Id like to not have to ask all of my friends that dont play to help with energy they get mad. Why not be able to have a group of our own friends playing or highlighted so they are easier to ask for reports! I dont want to wait 3 days why cant I buy reports with my coins or buy energy with my coins. Wish you would improve this game for your loyal players. Sorry Ill quit before spending a dime on any game!!! Thats why its called a game!!!!

Nobody wants the stickers. We want the burgers and chips back! This Game used to be fun!!

I used to love to play this game. Played it faithfully. With the last two updates you crapped it up! You took away good and added crap!

Unlimited 5 hint frenzy today!!! And with no energy built up to use, just how much fun is that?? Will not buy any more energy, period! Not even when enticed!!

I love the game, very addicting....but with the new update it seems you cant buy "food" with left over stars anymore...if this is true & continues, I will have to stop playing...I refuse to spend money on a game...other than that, I would give the game 5 stars......Stickers???? Noooooo, please go back to the previous way!!!

I would rate this 0 stars if I could after the recent updates. I was totally addicted now Im totally ticked off! The changes are awful. Do not play this game!

The new updates take away the option to save energy to play at a later date (in the form of "snacks" like OJ, chips, and burgers). Now you have to BUY them! No longer a fan.

Unfortunately, and with sadness, I am revising my review of this game from 5 to 2 stars. It gets 2 because the game play itself is still good. Engaging storyline, good graphics, challenging but not frustrating. I loved this game. Played every day. With that being said, they have removed any good boosters and added a sticker book. No thank you. As of June1, I will be done if this current version stays. The fans have complained loudly and are being ignored. Sadly, it is my suggestion that you pass on this game and look for another. There are plenty of others out there.

I really enjoyed playing this game and even ignored the ridiculously horrible grammar in some of the crime scenes. Ever since the updates there isnt an option to trade for Orange Juice, Chips, or Burgers when you trade in cards, login for daily updates, or trade in stars before moving to the next level. Lame. They are trying to force people to spend real $$ to buy food items for energy. Id give 5 stars if it were like before the updates, but because of the crappy updates it gets a 3. Again lame!!

I never post reviews but I did post one on the last update that you did in April. And that was a very dissatisfied review. Now…This new update that we just got this month (May) has only made the game even worse! You took away any ability to earn any energy to save to use at a time of our choosing which I enjoyed greatly. I wont go into explaining all my reasons for being unsatisfied with this last update...but there are many. Come on! You have made this game so ridiculously expensive that no one of a sane mind will pay. Why???? Seriously WHY??? I really enjoyed playing this game until now and once Ive used up the extras that Ive bought, I will no longer play.

Game used to be great. Two bad updates took away all the perks and rewards of playing.

I played everyday. I quit the game with the sticker update and inability to earn burgers.

Since last update, besides everyone elses complaints, the game now hesitates while playing. I think I will stop playing as well.

Love this game. Fun to play, I play everyday. I wish you could keep the energy you earn instead of losing it if you are at your limit. If you dont have friends who play you can spend a lot of money. Great graphics, great game though. Dont know why I am wasting my time writing this you do not listen to customers. I agree totally with Goofy Grandma O. I played this game 5 or 6 times a day and finally got a friend, my niece and daughter to play and they all quit after the last update. Now its buy buy or dont play. Now I have no 5 points from friends, no gifts from friends and no hamburgers, snacks or anyway to save energy. Thanks for totally ruining this game. So mad I wouldnt even give 1 star if I could.

I have religiously been playing this game since I discovered it. Currently, Ive finished the last available level in the World Edition. Ive also have done the Elite mode in many levels (which costs you more energy to play each round). I have spent a LOT of money and now you change the game where theres no reward at the end except for stupid cards. I assumed that if you collected them youd able to trade them for Hamburgers, but you cant. Then, I thought maybe Id get the hamburgers at the end of the Elite level...but no. I will discontinue using playing this game once all my saved enemy and coins are gone. Hugely disappointed!!

Ive been playing this game for a while. It was my favorite online game. I enjoyed the bonuses, (chips, burgers, etc) I could earn and save that would help me get through the levels. I had even started to buy the pizzas from time to time. But enough is enough! This latest update was the last straw! How insulting to your players to make the bonuses irrelevant to the progress of the game. Stickers and sticker books? Energy we cant save, but have to use right away! Really?? Do you have any idea the target age of the players of this game?? Its not kindergarteners!! I guess when I finish this current level Ill be deleting this game. It was fun while it lasted.☹️ deenjay

I loved this game and played all the time. These new updates are awful though. I dont mind the daily prize being changed to 50 energy instead of the chips, but what really kills me is the way you can spend your extra stars now... No cheeseburgers?? I have more coins than I know what to do with, and who needs a sticker book?? So sad :(
